Gateway Family,

Each year, a massive walk through nativity experience is held in Eclectic, Alabama, which is about 40 minutes from Gateway.  Over the course of your 45 minute journey, you will walk along a 3/4 mile path and be immersed in a live drama that is set during the time of the Roman Empire. Your journey will take you past Roman soldiers on horseback preparing for the census, through a field where shepherds encounter angels, through Bethlehem, to a manger in a stable with a newborn baby, and even past wise men on their journey. 

Many families from Gateway participate each year, so this year we want to provide a way for us to participate together!  Gateway has purchased a block of tickets so many of you can come together for this immersive Christmas experience!  Groups of 40 embark on this journey ever 15 minutes, and Gateway has two slots reserved, enabling 80 of you to participate together.

THE DETAILS

We will experience "An Eclectic Christmas" on Saturday, December 2.  We will gather at the location in Eclectic, Alabama, at 6:30 p.m. where we can fellowship over hot chocolate and coffee before embarking on our adventure in two groups over the next 30 minutes.  Limited golf carts are available for those who need mobility assistance, and need to be requested when you register.

There is no cost for Gateway members and attendees.  We want to provide this opportunity for you to fellowship together and celebrate Christmas in a unique way that builds community.  (For those who are not part of Gateway but who find this page, we ask that you visit the Eclectic Christmas page directly to purchase your tickets).

REGISTRATION

Advanced registration is required and space is limited. Please note:

• Everyone who participates, including children, must be registered.  Please register each person in your family who will be attending with you. 
• If you need mobility assistance, please note that on the registration page when prompted.  Those limited seats are first-come, first-serve.
  
• Two group start times are available for Gateway.  If you need a particular time, please note that on registration and we will do our best to help you start then.  The time difference between the two groups is only 15 minutes.
