Gateway youth (in grades 7-12 this upcoming year) are invited to join us for a summer full of special activities!  Our summer schedule includes a retreat and ongoing Bible study and fellowship opportunities to help your youth-aged kids grow in knowing God and in building friendships in the church. 

SUNDAY MORNING YOUTH BIBLE STUDY

Our Sunday morning Bible study continues this summer as we begin a new verse-by-verse study of the Gospel of John!  Join us at 9:00 a.m. in the youth rooms as we look closely at the life and teachings of Jesus.

WEDNESDAY SUMMER FELLOWSHIPS

Wednesday evenings during the summer focus on fellowship activities to help us build community, deepen friendships, welcome the rising 7th graders, and build relationships for the purpose of discipleship.  In addition to the activities listed below, we will provide a pizza dinner at the events at Gateway or in homes.

June 21 - Game night at the Butterfield's home

June 28 - Guys at the men's night at the Biscuits game
                Girls' game night

July 5 - Game Night at Gateway
            (Corn hole, gaga ball, board games, and more!)

July 12 - Pool party at the Walker's home

July 19 - TBD

July 26 - Outdoor events at the Hattaway's home
               (Kayaking, swimming, fishing, and games)

August 2 - Water slide night at the Hand's home

August 9 - Pool party at Pastor CJ's home

SUMMER RETREAT

On June 19-23, we are providing a missions youth retreat to North Carolina!  During the week, Gateway's youth will join other teenagers from across the southeast for Bible studies, recreation, and daily opportunities to serve in the surrounding community.  To learn more, please contact Pastor CJ.
